Bad service from CTM Witbank

I bought tiles for my bedroom and on suite bathroom at CTM to replace a carpet that got water damaged. When we got to the passage between the bedroom and bathroom the tiler noticed a colour difference. I went back to CTM to be told its some last numbers that did not match. I was promised that it would be taken up with some reps. Went back a couple of times. Christo came out to confirm its indeed different and then offered me 4 sqm to tile my bathroom but wont be the same tiles. This replacement I never received although its not acceptable and ive asked afterward just to be told he is styill waiting for someone to get back to him. Been years now no replacement to fix the area
