BAD SERVICE FROM CTM TEMBISA/HEAD OFFICE

I bought tiles and laminated flooring at CTM Tembisa, I'm obviously not an expert when it comes to things like that. I gave the consultant measurements for her to work out the quantity I would need. The consultant miss calculated the skirting quantity and gave 4 skirting for a 22m^2 instead of 9. That was not a train smash or that's what I thought until I got to CTM Tembisa to find out what happened and buy the 5 more! When I got to CTM the skirting was "sold out" and there was nothing they can do. so I am told! mind you I left strangers in my house to sort out the issue. Then the manager (Percy) tells me she can only deliver tomorrow, well! this is after I nicely explained that today is the only day I have to sort this out as I am leaving for my home town straight after work tomorrow. fast forward, I phoned head office (Gift) who then tried to justify why they gave me 4 skirting instead of 9, well there is not justification! By the way i am still waiting for Gift to call me back. Now i have to pay transport twice for CTM's stupid mistake that they can't even acknowledge!
