I bought wall and floor tiles which cost me around 30 000 in CTM then I sended back the ones left for a refund and it was on the 20th of September I was told the refund of R3200 will be paid in my account in 3 days" I went to them after 3 days they told me that It will reflect after 7 days' I went to the shop today after that 7 days " but they told me that the process was not yet finalized ' can you please assist me to get my refund back at CTM brakpan next to the canival mall
