Bad service

Worst service, stood around for 30 min without any help, when I asked for help at the cashier the lady looked at me and continued to place slips on a spike, asked again and she again just stared at me, when I turned to go tell my husband we can leave she came over to help but by that time I was already annoyed. We went to CTM Alberton and got great service immediately (the shop had more customers and yet way better service) when I asked for the manager at the vereeniging branch I got told he is not there.
