Bad service and customer care.

<p>My Name is Fusi Motsoeneng, on the Thursday 22 September 2016 I made a quotation of Origin White ceramic tiles 8 boxes,that cost R1698.80 including transportation,I then made payment via online banking and send proof of payment the same day.Few hours later I received a call that my delivery will be on Monday 26 September 2016.I organised a transport to get those tiles,unfortunately they said they can't release them because that money haven't reflected on there bank account.... I then made a cash payment,requesting that money I sent via online banking to be reversed to my account,they agreed.On Monday 26 September 2016 still that money not yet reversed to my account l called them,I was told that the person who is responsible to reverse it is out,on Wednesday 28 September 2016 it was not yet been reversed,I call them again I was told the same story,on Friday 30 September 2016 again same story.I tried to get hold of branch Manager I couldn't get hold of him/her, now I'm starting to wonder these people they don't want to give me money back or what. It's really bad to receive such poor service delivery, from a CTM I never thought that they don't value and take there costumers serious.</p>
