Bad service

If purchased the complete tivoli bathroom taps, towel railings and others. CTM Potchefstroom discontinued the product and does not keep any spares. They blatantly ignore after sales service on the tivoli product . CTM is not interested assisting me to try and order spares for me despite the 15 year guarantee on the tivoli products . I just need spares please help even If I have to pay .S. Klein
