Bad Service

From October I have been going to CTM to look for a single shower door since mine is broken and needs replacement. I went to Secunda instore and they refused to open a box and give me one. I was told they have nothing on stock. I went online, I was told that the stock was stuck at Durban. January, I went to again in store and still I cannot be assisted. I tried looking at other stores that sells shower doors but they don't match. I bought the entire set at CTM so CTM must have replacement stock even if it means they must open a whole set to assist.
