Bad Service

We recently bought tiles from CTM roughly a month ago. After paying for delivery and being messed around saying tiles are arriving this day make plans then they don’t all seemed well after offloading. Only to find one box damaged and tiles broken.we had a total of 45 boxes, apron tiling this past week to find so many tiles are chipped and still have not received the replacement tile box. We where told since we never bought loacallly and had to pay for Filiberto’s that we would have to wait for another delivery to be in our area what a joke that is. It’s not our fault tiles where broken and damaged. So know we sit we so many chipped tiles in our new home what a pitty. And like I said no feed back or follow up on our broken tiles all helpful befor purchasing tiles but like most places once paid not important anymore.
