Bad service
I bought floor and wall tiles which cost me around R30 000 and I sended back the ones that where left for a refund which is R3200 ' since the process was made on 21st of September and iv been told that I willl recieve my money in two days ' but today it's Sunday almost 4 days but nothing is happening. And I'm stay far from that CTM I can drive around to ask how far is the process . Please assist me to get my refund back

25 Sept 2022, 07:30I mean I can't afford to drive to that CTM time and again to ask how far is thep prosees because I'm staying far from it. Everything was processed in the shopanpd iv been promised that I will recieved my refund in two days after the process ' but now I'm not receiving anything yet they don't update me a well

29 Sept 2022, 14:52Good day it's CTM brakpan next to carnival mall' I went there after 3 days they told me that I must come after 7days ' and I went back today which is after that 7 days' and they told me that my refund process was not finalized by their finance
