Bad quality purchase

Bought a bath from CTM Vaal that was very bad quality! The bath was already installed. Client complained that the bath is very "bubbly"! I tried to feel what the client feels and the epoxy cracked due to air under the epoxy! I bought another one and took it back before we installed the bath because it was the same as the ons that was installed!

Now waiting 3 weeks for a refund on the purchase because the supplier needs to come and inspect the bath? Did I buy it from the supplier or CTM??

This is very sad to see how CTM handle this!
