Bad quality, poor customer service
Terrible company and low quality tiles. The tiles are all different dimensions and thickness and on top of that, they will charge you 15% to return unused tiles after you've spent huge amounts of money with them. Will never purchase from them again.

Our standard returns policy allows us to return items within a 3-month period. However, given your circumstances our manager kindly agreed to accept the tiles back and charge you 15% restocking fee as a gesture and goodwill.
