Bad customer service from CTM Menlyn: peeling Tivoli Tap

I bought Tivoli Tap and all other bathroom decor as I was renovating my bathroom and it was installed by the contractor recommended by the agents. After the installation of the basin and the Tivoli tap for the basin cabinet, I was shocked when the newly bought and installed Italian tap was peeling and I immediately reported it to Frederick who promised that they will take it up with the manufacturer. About 2 weeks passed without receiving any call from them. When I called, following up on the matter, Frederick told me that I must take out the tap and bring it to the shop. When I asked him who is going to incur the costs for taking out the tap as I am not a plumber, he could not give me an answer. My response was I am going to report the matter to hellopeter and his response was he will elevate it to management. To my dissatisfaction I have not heard anything from Frederick from Menlyn CTM. KINDLY intervene for me
