Bad Customer Service

Today I went into CTM in Prospecton to look for tiles to retile my bathroom. As we walked in the front door, a gentleman greeted us - we told him what we were looking for. He told us to go to the back and he was just switching on his computer and would attend to us. After 10 full minutes of standing looking at tiles on our own, other workers ignoring us totally, we walked out. And just outside ewa the same gentleman talking on his cell phone. Terrible service CTM - going to another Tile shop now.
