Bad customer service

Bought a kitchen tap mixer unit in June 2021 at CTM with a 10 year guarantee started too leak even when close properly.Took tap back after advice by plumber. David the manager said that I can't just bring the tap back as I must log a call so that there own plumber can check although when it was bought non of that info was relayed too me as the customer.He promise to get a new tap although through much argument .it's 5days later and David as promised never phone me yet
