BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

CTM in Korsten, so many complaints from so many customers. Staff losing interest in assisting customers, after begging for someone to help us, they stood by us for 5 min and walked off to help someone else. My mother and I waited for almost 2 hours to get our order right and then we get to loading zone and they send the wrong tile just to hear then that there is not enough of the tile ordered, and having to look get another tile, my mother 73 years old having to carry tiles out by herself to the vehicle where I was waiting. Absolutely disgusted by the experience and staff. Be grateful for your job and don't treat customers like ****
