Bad and unacceptable service

I went to CTM in Promenade on the 25/06/2018 to purchase kitchen sink and tap.I walked in,without any greeting from the staff members as acknowledgement, I browse for a while without getting a consultant to assist me.I finally got what I wanted, I then call for help. Consultant came to assist and advised me to buy accessories for the tap. I bought and she gave til slip. She then advised me to go to the receiver side for my order.Till slip was checked and only to find out I did not buy the sink props.I argue that I wasn't told to buy as I believe it goes together with the sink as advertise,nevertheless I paid R150 for the props.I waited for props for more than 30-40 minutes.I complained about the time wasted with any feedback and was advised they dont have stock,they will call me o Wednesday the 27/06/18 or deliver to me. Since today I haven't heard a call from them. The sink was suppose to be installed on Tuesday 26/06/18.I'm stacked with sink and tap with no props.I dont know waht to do.Plz help me !
