Avoid CTM
I have reviewed CTM Baubap Gardens Polokwane a few days ago. They added items to my online shopping cart without my consent. They apologized saying it is unacceptable etc. I expected this anonymous person to see to it that I get my money refunded asap, but no such thing. It took some time and effort to get them to collect the items. And the person collecting the items did not even have a receipt book or something to list the items. I had to tell him to write it down on a piece of paper provided by me. After more than 48 Hours I contacted them to find out about my refund and they told me to complete an online form. I have completed the form the day before yesterday and it is impossible to get positive feedback from any of the parties involved in this complicated mess and to know who's who and who is doing what. Because of negligence from CTM I have to go through all of this. Thank you.
