At CTM the client now needs to pay transport costs between branches!

I regularly buy at CTM Somerset West. The tiles I wanted was out of stock at that branch but available at another branch. I was told they can bring it in from the other branch but I, the customer, must pay for the transport cost between the branches. What! I drove to another tile store 10 minutes away and bought the tiles there.
