I bought a shower door from CTM Walmer PE, on the advise of the salesperson, the shower door did not fit, I took it back, the Manager Antonio told me if the packaging is opened it cannot be returned, this I found to be totally unacceptable and unreasonable from him. The only way I knew the shower door does not fit was to open the packaging and check. I was misled by the so called salesperson that the shower door was expandable. It clearly did not fit. Be careful people on the advise you receive and the unreasonable manager that is employed at CTM Walmer PE. I have always been a loyal customer st CTM that definitely changes from today. Will definitely take my business somewhere else. I have nothing personal against Antonio just feel he lacks the experience of customer satisfaction.
