Account active on credit bureau even if i dont have CTM ACCOUNT!!!

Am so ****ed off with CTM cause i have been complaining about the same thing and no one is assisting me .a year back i wanted to suprise my mom with a bathroom set .i opened an accout at CTM gezina and i choose the set i wanted .. i also paid cash for delivery . the set was never delivered the whole december we waited and waited .come end of the month i got a statement to notify me that i have to pay. i went to the store explained my situation and money was then transfered back to the card. i told ctm management i dont want the card anymore or the credit .. i then made a follow up regarding my name being listed on credit bureau as if i have an account with CTM . i was told credit bureau will be notified so my name can be removed , am checking my credit score now .. CTM is showing as active account credit limit R3000 and installment R719.00 so am wondering who is payign this monthly premiums cause i cancelled this credit .. i have to say this but CTM management do not give a **** about what the customers are complaining about. i have been sending emails back and forth .. getting phone calls but this matter is still not solved a year later . this is affecting my credit and no one cares
