A real waste of time

I real waste of time, saw an item in stock on-line at at the branch. Got there and there is no stock. Took an alternative brand, went to the counter to find out the stocking system is wrong, the helper Gerald then went back and forth and with his Manager David. After a long wait found out the item was actually sold. Then we just stood.there and I asked am I actually just wasting my time here and there was a thing of uhm..
