A grade tile full of cracks

<p>Buy 60 sq meter Sabi lodge Kilimanjaro tile at CTM in Klerksdorp.after the tiles were laid and grout you could see the cracks in tiles. Spoke to the manager of the branch he never call went to the branch was not there still no reply. Have photo of the crack and the display that it is A Grade tiles. Now my floor of my house look like **** because CTM sell **** tiles to people</p>
