2 cracked basins repalced in just 5 months without valid reasons why nor warrantees provied as advertised.

On 28/11/2022 as per the link above, I requested CTM Herm**** to provide me with a written warrantee on a replacement basin that cracked without valid reasons, purchased barely 4 months prior. We are here again, and the new basin only lasted 1 month before similar cracks showed up again and as yet I have not received any feedback on the matter.
