Impressive service

Patti Oosthuizen has been handling the portfolio dealing with the sale of my late mother's flat, and I've been hugely impressed with the professionalism with which the process has been handled. Apart from me being able to log into a site which shows all progress, Patti has sent detailed emails which clearly explain every single step.
