Extremely Poor Communication and No Accountability

Very poor and disappointing service from C&A Friedlander Attorneys. Communication throughout the process has been extremely poor, with months spent waiting for feedback and having to repeatedly follow up for answers. When mistakes are made, there appears to be very little accountability or willingness to take responsibility. Most concerning was an amount of over R120,000 being paid into the wrong bank account, despite the correct banking details having been specifically requested and provided beforehand. The response to such a serious issue was, in my experience, dismissive and showed very little concern. As the developer-appointed transfer attorneys, purchasers effectively have no choice but to use their services for the transfer. Given that clients are placed in that position, I would expect a much higher standard of communication, accuracy, accountability and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. Based on the service I received, I would not recommend C&A Friedlander Attorneys.
