Attorney delay registration to favor seller and tenant in property which was sold

<p>However in the property are tenants, 2 months notice has been given, actually more than 2 months. First week in December I requested if I can occupay the property 2 weeks earlier than date arranged and agreed as my living arrangement has changed and other details as well, which was completely unexpected. I informed the estate agent of my situation. Calitz Estates properties in Strand, they just said, nothing they can do. Tenants dont have a place yet to move. So, I am being inconvenient, as a cash buyer, no respect nothing not even given a solution. I have been keeping in contact with agent to find out if tenants found a new apartment to move, nothing has changed. </p> <p> </p> <p>I send an email to estate agent to inform, after registration I will have to get a letter from lawyer to get letter to evict tenants and I will change the locks of property. Then the estate agent went to solicitor to complain and now the attorney said the registration will be 23 January or 30 January which are complete lies. The attorney wants to delay the transaction to favor the seller and the tenants. I have already paid the funds into the solicitor accounts. Plus the seller is working for the same company, which is conflict of interest. How can the attorney favor the tenants above the purchaser. It is absolutely bazar. The tenants had been given notice, but to change the registration date to favor tenants is disgusting. It is time the people know how *****y, dishonest and cheating the C&A Friedlander attorney and Calitz Estate properties are with their clients. They dont provide a fair and transparent service. Lying and cheating people to favour them self. How disgusting to know, a company is giving misleading information and delaying transaction to favor tenant. Livid client!!</p>
