Provident Fund

Hello there, i hope i will get help with regards to my provident fund not paid out in time that it was promised. I sent a resignation letter on the 28th of December 2015 and resigned from my duties as a Customer Care Coach/Agent with Bytes Peoples Solution. I communicated with Petronella via emails and asked how long will my provident fund be paid out. I was advised it will take 8weeks which would end at the end of March. I then received an sms from Absa confirming that they have received the claim and would process the payment in 4weeks. It is now the beginning of May and i still have not received anything from my bank account. Please assist me as soon as possible. Thank you
