False hopes

I went to bytes people solution for interview on the 5th of July, then on the 6th July I got an sms that i got the job and the lady from hr Martha Khameli called me and said the is a form I should sign and send it back to her. I did sign the form I waited for feedback and she never called me to inform me about the way forward until I decided to call and she told me that my DOFA was due then I told her I do not understand what she meant she said she will call me back she never did until today. I feel that they treated me badly because when I app**** for the job there is nowhere that it stated that RE was a requirement to do the job. I believe she used my documents to get employment for her friends and family, because she wasn't transparent with me.
