Bytes promotes lying agents through Vodacom- false deals and unwillingness to correct Agents lies

If I could give a -1 I would!!!

On the 23rd of August 2023, a gentleman named Cresswell from Bytes, called me on behalf on Vodacom to inform me that my current phone package was no longer available on the Vodacom network and that I would need to migrate packages. What they offered was not inline with my current package so I declined, only to be told I had no choice and that Vodacom would migrate me regardless. Cresswell offered me a deal to good to be true to sweeten the move- an additional 500 minutes at no cost!!!! I confirmed and reconfirmed this on the call numerous times- went over the cost and the proposed migration package. Cresswell confirmed the new to good to be true deal!!!! A free 500 minutes added on to the BS original deal at no cost to me! Surprise surprise….. as we ended the call I was billed R500 for 500 minutes!!!! I now have a cell phone package that is of no use to me with 200 minutes a month apposed to the 800 on my original package. I have been calling Vodacom every 2 weeks to correct this deal to what I was promised. I have been pushed from person to person, call agent to managers, all with promises to return my calls and to assist. 3 months later - still nothing. They have gone as far as to email the parties concerned and CC mw in so we can communicate yet Ignition Group have ignored every email sent. I even went as far as to leave a negative review to which they quickly rep**** asking me to email them- I did- a week later- zero!! When will this been resolved Vodacom, Bytes and Ignition Group?
