BYTES PEOPLE SOLUTIONS PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE - SIM PORTED FROM CONTRACT TO PRE-PAID WITHOUT CONSENT

<p>Bytes People Solutions Team Leader Calvin Madonda replies to emails after 3 working days, does not take calls or return calls because his not at his desk. I have asked him for his Managers Details and he does not want to give me their details. This guy is managing a circus and probably uneducated and is the clown. He currently ported my number from contract to Pre-paid without my consent. I currently use this Sim for work purposes and currently the Sim is of the Network. I have waited 6 Weeks for a Handset, and did not receive it. My debit was going to go off without my Sim. I had to call them to then only they woke up. Rather go into an MTN store and take a Contract.</p>
