Bytes people solutions and Sanlam

I have been dismissed from my former place of employment and my finances have been negatively impacted because of people's incompetence. My exit date was on the 6th of Feb 2020. All my forms were completed and submitted with the assistance of the lady from HR by the name of Petro Fourie. She assured me that all was done and sent to Sanlam for my provident fund payout. Then after I followed up on the 12th Feb 2020 to find out what the status is with what's due to me ,Petro said she couldn't send the forms to sanlam for whatever reasons known by her she told me that she will email the forms on that day and she copied me on the email so I could also follow up with sanlam should there be a need to. Their SLA is 14 to 21 business days. Today is the 20th business day. I made a follow up AGAIN today the 4th of March 2020 to find out how far my payout is because I am expecting my payout to be in my account this week,Petro Fourie responds with an email saying that she sent me the wrong form and send me another form that she expects me to fill out,scan and email back to her. So had it not been for my constant follow up she wouldn't have bothered to let me know that the form was wrong,mind you she copied the people from sanlam and non of them bothered to let me know on the same day which the "wrong"form was filled out .I am livid to the max because my finances are compromised and they have negatively impacted my credibility with my debtors. I dont understand why should I be the one to suffer where as the fault is not with me. I expect my provident fund money to be in my account in 24 hours no exceptions will be taken from my side. Not only is it unfair and morally unjust. It's frustrating to say the least. If this is what's called due diligence then I'm disgusted by it.
