Bad service from their agent n system

I made a deposit on the 02/10/2020 and been asking for assistance proof send however no assistance chat platform is bad .. Spoke to jacob , tony , kholeka they where all rude .. They don't know how to speak to customers betway will lose clients if this continues.... Customer service is rude towards us ... I ask a simple thing to check why is it the money I deposited has not reflected on my betway acc make a deposit using SID opt . .. I only need the answer too that.... So clearly no one is willing to assist till now
