Terrible service and no communication

Absolutely shocking service. We have been loyal customers for a few years now. We signed the cessation documents in May already for the migration over to Vox. Without any warning we were cut off at 3pm on the 21st. I work from home and work on tight deadlines, and out of the blue our connection was cut. We have been trying to get hold of them ever since, phones aren't answered, emails aren't answered, WhatsApp is ignored. Disgusted, especially since we already paid for the full month. Who is going to foot the bill for all the mobile data I've had to use just to be able to do my job?
