Prompt service depends on the package bought

Don't expect prompt service from this hosting service. It has been almost a week and still no resolution. I have been told categorically in very lengthy emails outlining their processes that promptness of service depends on the size of the package you have with them. Lower packages are given less priority and as mentioned, a week later and no resolution. The tone of emails is high handed and condescending. Avoid this hosting service.
