Poor service Buzybuy

Yesterday 21st Aug. 2023 my wifi service was suspended although my account was paid up. After interacting with them, only to find out it is for documents that was not signed by me. They afterwards realized that the documents were never sent to me. They now today have sent it to me for signature, but now I am still without fibre. Thanks to Hanro as middleman who tried his best. Pathetic service.
