NO support after hours- you are on your own!!

There is absolutely NO SUPPORT after hours!! You can only contact them during office hours in the week and from 9-1 pm on a Saturday if you have an internet problem. This is very bad service, or shall I say "no service" for an Internet services provider! You should not start a business like this if you cannot give the service after hours!
