Its a no-go from me

I'm only giving 1star because Hellopeter wont allow me to continue without giving at least 1. These people are pathetic, we gave them basically 2 months to cancel my service so i could change over to another ISP only to find out that on the supposedly last day of my service with them, they tried to bill me for the next month and that my cancelation was never processed. Now im sitting without internet 6 days later (coz their contract states i need to return the modem within 5 days of last day of service) and their argument is that it is the responsibility of the new ISP to get the fibre line released, my new ISP says that they can under no circumstances release a line held by another ISP. And Buzybuy is merely throwing their hands in the air like they just dont care. THEIR INCOMPETENCE HAS NOW BECOME MY PROBLEM. UTTERLY PATHETIC. But i bet if your a new client they would be knocking at you door for installation and connection the very next morning. Did i mention how pathetic they are?
