I don't know where the 5* come from. I think those people don't test their systems.

I pay for 200/200 and on direct connection only get 80-100. Which is R200 less...

Also, when prices drop, you need to apply for the discounted price, it's not automatic.

Paid 6months at the higher price and had to phone to get the "current rates"....

Support is per email now, Whatsapp doesn't work when you need it...
