Extremely unprofessional service now

They have been bought by Vox, I didn't want to sign up and be converted to that platform, so I knew my contract will be terminated at the end of August. Today, on the 21st they just cancelled my line, after I have paid for the full month, without any communication, and now sitting without internet. Very unprofessional. Luckily my new ISP is on top of it and manually releasing my line, but I will fight them for my refund for the remainder of the month. Looks like my gut was right with my decision not to continue with them here.
