Buzybuy/webafrica terrible service providers

This is my service provider ! My service provider organized the installation of fiber. My service provider told me to cancel the telkom line because I no longer needed it. I notified telkom, who 12 MOnths later tells me that the ISP has still not cancelled my line. *** ??? Buzybuy now tells me its webafrica. Webafrica doesn’t respond and Buzybuy doesn’t take responsibility or assist and I pay them Buzybuy to sort this out for me . It costs me of R200 a month for the telkom line and still paying. What a *******, what a joke !!
