buzybuy - They take your money but dont deliver the service

I (as well as numerous other customers) have now been without internet for 2 days and counting. Take into consideration that buzybuy has taken payment for the service from our bank account that they are supposed to provide. We have never defaulted on our payment to them, yet they are currently non existent in delivering the services we pay for.

I have tried numerous times to get into contact with the company(buzybuy) and it's underlying service provider. The underlying service provider just shifts blame back to the reseller being buzybuy who defaulted in their payments to the ISP which then lead to the customer(s) connections being disabled.

(This shifting of blame does not reflect well on the underlying service provider either, being VOX telecom)

Buzybuy does not answer any phone calls, whatsapps or emails. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES. No satisfactory notifications on status updates or concrete explanations on what is going on. Customers are left in the dark.

And "the migration contract" they keep trying to blame everything on (as I have heard from other people in the same situation) was done about 1 month ago allready. So someone did not do their job, or did the company lie to its customers deliberately knowing that the lines would be cut????

This is a serious breach of contract between buzybuy and its paying customers to say the least.

I would stay away from this company as far as I can if I was fresh in the market looking for an internet service provider or even considering renewing my contract with them. There is no good thing that can be said of them from my experience at the moment.

To top everything off, they hold on tho their customers, brokering a new deal to now be resellers of internet services to the underlying ISP and then probably getting comission on the customer base. I would have thought that if a company has gone this far to lie to(saying nothing and accepting money while you cant deliver the paid for services) and cheat their customers, they would rather dissapear from the market and let a company with morals and customer service know how take over the clients.
