Bad Service

This WAS the best company to provide fibre and internet solutions, but since Vox took them over different company. Was without internet for 11 days, it was a new installation. Buzybuy only say sorry Vox now bills me, I app**** for the service at Buzybuy not Vox. Why is it now my problem?
