24/7 BS

This incompetence is exactly what I now am facing with BuzyBuy. Very eager to shove the contract under my nose. Promises made. Now my previous ISP has canceled, as I asked, but BuzyBuy internet is nowhere to be found. BuzyBuy had knowledge that Vodacom will cancel on 24th December and still they did not ensure that I will be assisted with my new service.

Now I must wait till 28th December before they will assist me. What a load of BS.

Their 24/7 promises are BS!

So it's basically FU to my face after the installer promised that Buzybuy will take it from here, when I queried the connection on install date!

So frustrating!!
