Order refund ignored

I had bought something online and after a few weeks of not receiving anything, I contacted customer support - George Rudiuk over email and he sent me what looked like a **** website of my order being tracked. I checked my tracking number for months with the tracking not being updated at all, contacting the same person every time only to finally get a response saying that the package had obviously been lost out of their country and that he couldn't help me. Now, when I ask for a refund, he ignores every contact attempt of mine. It's been over a year since I placed and paid for my order.
