As always with shady businesses, getting your money in is so easy. Then when I want to track my shipment their Ai bot has claimed to be busy for 5 days and they just don't answer their phone. Order looks legitimate but zero customer service and I have no idea that these fragile animals will reach me safely or whether is just a **** shopfront. Bad service is no longer acceptable. Watch out!
