Don't loose your money!
Do not buy from this site its a ****, the owner Naas is living of payed orders that will never be delivered, don't be like me and do your research before buying from online store's, money down the drain its more than 1 month with excuse after excuse. Don't loose your money.

Do not buy from this site its a ****, the owner Naas is living of payed orders that will never be delivered, don't be like me and do your research before buying from online store's, money down the drain its more than 1 month with excuse after excuse. Don't loose your money.

Buy fish? No, it’s buy fish and lose your money.
I bought about R1000 of fish in January. I never received them. I then asked for a refund, which four months down the line I ALSO haven’t received. I made contact with the owner, Naas Wienand, who always apologizes profusely and promises that I will receive my money back. PROMISED REFUNDS ON SET DATES NEVER HAPPEN. He uses the excuse that he recently opened a new store which has negatively impacted his cash flow; he therefore cannot refund owed funds because he’s already spent it. Word of warning: do not buy from this store. It’s a total s c a m.

Be aware: delivery timelines aren’t clearly communicated and customer service is lacking
Poor communication and unreasonable refund policy. After ordering, I emailed and WhatsApped the next day asking about delivery—no response. I called and was told it would only ship in about 2 weeks because they’re “behind.” The delivery timeframe is hidden at the bottom of a long checkout paragraph, not in the T&Cs where they claimed it was. I requested a refund only 3 days after ordering (because I needed the items sooner) and was told they don’t do refunds until 10 days have passed and goods have not been received. Considering they admitted they’re behind, it’s very likely my order hadn’t even been processed/placed yet, so refusing a refund is completely unreasonable and against consumer law. Really disappointing and ********* experience.

Called the owner Naas before placing an order to find out about delivery time and to ease my worries that this was a ****, he promised to deliver our fish within 10 working days. After payment was made I never heard from him again, didn't answer any calls until I called from another number. Then agreed to refund because he did not have the fish to supply after agreed time. Refund never came either. Now taking up with small claims court. This guy is running a ****, DO NOT BUY.

Fish recieved from store
I did get my fish after a while as Naas ( owner ) contacted me and apologized as he was behind in shop move etc. I recieved very beautiful and healthy fish once the package arrived and if u will wait, u will get your fish.
