Absolutely terrible online service, do not recommend!

I definitely would NOT recommend Buy Fish online! If I could. Give minus stars I would! I ordered over R600 worth of "goods" online on the 26th March 2025. I have yet to receive anything. I've emailed and sent WhatsApp messages. I was told it will be sent next week (16 May 2025) later (24 June 2025) that the issue would be sorted out as soon as possible... But who knows when that actually is! I'm terribly disappointed! I had really wanted the stuff for my tank..
