Unreliable, Overprized, Pathetic Service

Tells their clients 40 to 100 ping is normal over Fiber. I paid R1500 for a 100Mbps up and down line for home internet. I have downgraded to 50 because there is always some issue with their service and is most of the time on a backup solution.

Their support staff ignored my emails until a threatened to post on hallo peter. Now they keep asking me to test this then test that and 40ms is "normal" for a fiber line that has no traffic over.

For the amount they charge for a package, the service they offer with that package is pathetic.

I have seen better latency and stability on LTE and Wireless Dishes.

1 star service 1 star pricing 1 star for actual connection 5 star for downtime which is 2 to 3 times a week.
