Service providers internet tower - damaged hardwar

I have been without internet for 11 days, with intermitted internet connection since the beginning of April, after numerous logged calls, and numerous telephone calls, I have been told that the service providers tower has some problems, and they will have it fixed soon, and call me back.<br> <br> at this point I'm in day 11, no one calls me back and I still don't have internet, and I am debited the full amount for services NOT rendered from BSIT.<br> <br> up until now, I have had no problems with this company, something is wrong.
