Poor services

We are forever losing money because of lack of care and understanding. We have repeatedly advised this company omto stop running debit orders on a weekly basis as we pay via eft on a monthly basis and have never missed a payment. We are now in a position where we cannot pay the services this month as we have to pay R750.00 bank charges for failed debit orders. Time and time again and every month we lose no less then R400.00 due to this company. Me and my wife rely on the services as social media is a advertising platform in order for us to work.

To top it off we pay monthly and most weekend the services are down and nobody is ever available to answer.
